The dining experience had its ups and downs, as the Bistro staff lost my order, leading to a significant wait time. On the positive side, the facilities were well-renovated and appeared new.

I loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the flexibility of the TV that could swing around. The service was top-notch, with responsive and helpful staff, especially when I needed assistance with our passports and cruise documentation. The location was perfect, with easy access to Ybor City, the riverwalk, restaurants, and the airport. Although the dining experience had a slight hiccup with a lost order, overall, it was still enjoyable. I found the facilities to be well-maintained and pleasant.
